Job summary

Bubbles O2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching goods.

You will lead a team, manage transportation and distribution, monitor inventory accuracy, and prepare operational and delivery reports while driving cost-saving improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant working experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Proven experience in managing warehouse personnel and logistics activities.
• Good knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and distribution operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Responsibilities
