Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an Inventory Controller (Warehouse / Logistics) to manage inventory accuracy and stock movements across warehouse locations. You will handle cycle counts, reconciliations, and WMS/ERP-driven transactions in a dynamic logistics environment.

Requirements include a diploma/degree in logistics or related field and at least 2 years in inventory control, with strong Excel skills and experience in WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of inventory control experience in warehouse/logistics.
• Hands-on in cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems preferred.
• Good understanding of warehouse processes and inventory movements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movements across warehouse locations.
• Process inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including receiving, put-away, transfers, returns and dispatch.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic stock takes, reconciling physical stock against system records.
• Investigate stock variances, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare inventory adjustment documents and obtain required approvals.
• Monitor stock ageing, shelf life and inventory status where applicable.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports, including stock accuracy and trends.
• Support internal and customer inventory audits with accurate records.
