Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse assistant to join our team in Malaysia. The role focuses on daily administrative tasks, stock control, and coordinating with procurement and sales to ensure accurate delivery of goods.

You will handle documentation, inventory counts, and customer inquiries with professionalism. Ideal candidates possess relevant education and strong Microsoft Office skills, along with solid organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/A Level/Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills to maintain proper documentation.
• Good communication skills for notifying parties and handling incoming calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and attend to emails.
• Do daily filing and documentation.
• Coordinate activities with other departments (receiving Delivery Order and stock orders with Procurement).
• Involve in physical count of stock.
• Manage inventory, organize and sort items.
• Identify and report any product issues while sorting and packing.
• Pick, check, pack neatly and label goods for delivery.
• Ensure accuracy of receiving and dispatching/delivery of goods.
• Take pictures of goods before delivery.
• Update sales team on delivery updates daily.
• Key in stock using SAP software.
• Support and assist the company on all goods received (GRN).
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure their needs are met.
• Maintain proper housekeeping, safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Other tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
