Job summary

DHL Group in Malaysia is seeking a Certified International Specialist to join our Insanely Centric Team in Subang Jaya. You will support non-voice operations and handle data tasks to enable management analysis.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and strong English plus Bahasa Malaysia, with a startup culture and international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support non-voice operations and customer-related activities.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data extraction and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy and regular maintenance.
• Maintain SharePoint and Teams repositories with periodic clean-up.
• Support Rev Gen campaigns and booster initiatives.
• Contribute to GenAI and GVA projects while driving continuous improvement.

YOUR TASKS

• Support non-voice operations and customer-related activities.
• Perform administrative tasks, including data extraction and report maintenance to facilitate management analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and perform regular data maintenance activities.
• Maintain and organize SharePoint and Microsoft Teams repositories, including periodic clean-up activities.
• Support Revenue Generation (Rev Gen) campaigns and booster initiatives.
• Contribute to GenAI and Global Virtual Assistant (GVA) projects, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

• Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• At least Diploma or equivalent and above
• Good Spoken and Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
