Job summary

DHL Express in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Customer Engagement Associate to build relationships, onboard customers to DHL digital tools, and reactivate dormant accounts. You will assist the sales team with quotations and inquiries while supporting digitalization initiatives across the organization.

The role emphasizes strong phone communication, adaptability in a fast-paced logistics environment, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Confident in engaging and communicating with customers over the phone.
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Hardworking, proactive, disciplined, and punctual.
• Previous part-time sales experience, customer service, or internship exposure in logistics, sales, or related fields would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote DHL tools and solutions.
• Guide and support customers in onboarding DHL systems and digital tools.
• Re-engage inactive customers to kick start or resume shipping with DHL.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and responding to quotations and inquiries.
• Support commercial digitalization initiatives, including testing, development support, customer feedback collection, and rollout activities.

YOUR TASK

• Customer Engagement
• Conduct outbound calls to customers to introduce and promote DHL tools and solutions.
• Customer Onboarding
• Guide and support customers in onboarding and using DHL systems and digital tools effectively.
• Customer Reactivation
• Re-engage inactive customers and encourage them to kick start / resume shipping with DHL.
• Sales Support
• Assist the sales team in preparing and responding to customer quotations and inquiries.

• Support commercial digitalization initiatives, including testing, development support, customer feedback collection, and rollout activities.
