Job summary

DHL Express in Malaysia invites you to join our Insanely Centric Team as a Certified International Specialist. You will lead a gateway operations shift, ensure shipments enter and exit on time, and uphold safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

We value ingenuity, teamwork and service excellence. You will develop process discipline, keep areas clean and support the broader international network with reliability and care.

Qualifications

• Exhibits ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification and above.
• Good spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess a valid Driving License and Forklift License (preferably).

Responsibilities

• Lead a gateway operations team on a rostered shift ensuring shipments enter and exit the country per network procedures in a safe manner.
• Lead standard process flow in daily operations to meet customer needs.
• Process inbound and outbound material according to latest processes and procedures.
• Ensure all relevant equipment is operating and take corrective actions when equipment fails.
• Keep the process area clean and prepared for the next cycle.
• Foster a culture of quality, service excellence and flexibility for internal customers.

• Lead a gateway operations team on a rostered shift basis ensuring that shipments enter and exit the country in accordance with network procedures in a safe and secure manner
• Lead the standard and agreed process flow in daily operations to satisfy the customer needs and requirements
• Process inbound and outbound material according to the latest processes and procedures
• Ensure that all relevant equipment is operating and take corrective actions when equipment fails
• Keep the process area clean and tidy and make sure it is ready for the next process cycle
• Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers) and flexibility

YOUR PROFILE

• Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.
• At least Diploma or equivalent and above
• Good Spoken and Written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess valid Driving License and Forklift License (Preferably).
