Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to manage the full sales cycle for the ePayment Gateway Solution, engaging with CTO/COO/CFO levels in SME businesses in North America. You will handle inbound leads and qualify opportunities with a consultative approach.

The role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, a Bachelor’s or Associate degree, and willingness to work night shifts with shift allowance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales (B2B preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any field.
• Willing to work Night Shift with shift allowance.
• Strong communication and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads using Salesforce CRM.
• Serve at first point of contact with new and growing businesses interested in our ePayment Gateway Solution.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for SME businesses.
• Route non-sales leads to the appropriate queue while maintaining a premier user experience.
