Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in payment, retail, or IT solutions vendors.
• Strong pre-sales/post-sales or consulting experience.
• Knowledge of fintech or payment gateway is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and stay customer-focused.
• Proactive, extrovert, and a good team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead payment gateway integrations and provide technical support to clients.
• design ecommerce solutions and assist with merchant integration queries.
• RCA and troubleshooting of merchant logs and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners for multi-country solutions.
• Monitor batch jobs and system SLA follow-ups.
