Qualifications

Requires strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written English and local language proficiency.

Able to use support tools and resources to resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

Responds to customer issues in a timely manner using the support system.
Provides high-quality 1:1 discussions, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
Uses tools to identify and resolve customer inquiries.
Gives feedback on tools and procedures to improve workflow and customer experience.
Understands technical backend and project operations to assist customers.
Expands technical knowledge to better help customers.
Performs other duties as assigned to support quality management.
