Job summary

TDCX Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Technical Customer Service Specialist (English speaker) to handle inquiries by phone, email and chat for the North American market on permanent night shifts.

You will resolve technical and non-technical issues, assist with refunds and complaints, coordinate with backend teams, and strive for first-contact resolution within service standards. Experience in customer service and multichannel support is preferred, with exposure to a global CX operation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Technical customer service experience preferred.
• Experience handling calls, emails and chats preferred.
• Must be willing to work permanent night shifts supporting the North American market.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone/email/chat on technical and non-technical issues
• Assist customers with refunds, cancellations, delay requests and complaints
• Manage customer feedback and complaints while liaising with backend support teams
• Ensure first-contact resolution and timely follow-ups with service partners and internal departments to achieve case closure within service standards
