Qualifications

• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
• Proven experience in B2B Technical Sales is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical products or software solutions and communicate their value effectively to business clients.
• Strong sales acumen, a customer-oriented mindset, and a target-driven attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a permanent night shift, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the target market.
• Engage business clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable technical products or solutions.
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective customers.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and positive customer experience.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, industry developments, and market trends.
