Job summary

FPS (Penang) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Indoor Sales Representative to support our sales operations in Malaysia.

You will promote products to meet sales objectives, re-engage inactive clients, build rapport with existing customers, and ensure accurate pricing and quotations. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Business or Marketing, 1–2 years inside sales experience (ICT preferred) or recent graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years inside sales experience preferred, ICT sector is a plus; fresh graduates welcome.
• Comfortable with cold calling and phone-based sales.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, persuasive and target-oriented.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office and Excel a plus).

Responsibilities

• Promote company products to meet sales objectives
• Perform sales recovery by re-engaging inactive or past clients
• Build rapport with existing clients to maximize repeat business
• Provide pricing and quotations to customers within tight deadline
• Verify customer orders are processed correctly and to ensure delivery meets customer requirement
• Maintain close working relationship with sales team/colleagues to increase productivity
• Any other job function that may be assigned from time to time by the management
