Job summary

ICT Distribution PTE Ltd in Malaysia is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team across the Malaysia market. You will manage proposals, quotations, contracts, CRM data, and daily sales activities.

You will coordinate meetings, respond to inquiries, onboard new team members on tools, and work with vendors to ensure accurate pricing and timely orders. The role focuses on enterprise IT solutions including server, storage, virtualization, and networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in sales coordination, inside sales, or sales support.
• Experience in server, storage, virtualization, and enterprise IT distribution is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales presentations for the sales team.
• Organize and schedule sales meetings, calls, and events.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries and provide initial product or service information.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new sales team members on tools and systems.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate data, opportunities, and activity logs.
• Track sales KPIs and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Coordinate order processing and ensure timely entry of orders.
• Act as point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, products, and basic support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Support development and implementation of sales processes and SOPs.
• Support sales activities involving server, storage, virtualization, networking, and other IT solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors on product availability, pricing, quotations, and order requirements.
