Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is expanding its commercial team with an Inside Sales Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities and drive revenue growth across the APAC region. You will collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and Technical teams to convert inbound inquiries and execute outbound prospecting campaigns.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in business/ marketing/ IT, 2–4 years in inside sales or SDR roles, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related discipline.
• 2–4 years of Inside Sales/SDR/BDR or B2B technology sales experience.
• Experience selling cloud solutions, SaaS, managed services or enterprise tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound enquiries and qualify leads through a structured sales process.
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Build and maintain prospect pipelines across technology, fintech, gaming, digital platforms and enterprise.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team and ensure comprehensive handovers.
• Manage smaller transactional sales opportunities from qualification through quotation and closing.
• Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates and activity reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Ops and Technical teams to maximize lead conversion.
• Monitor pipeline performance and continuously improve outreach effectiveness.
