Job summary

MTY SOLUTIONS (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to drive customer engagement and achieve sales KPIs in Malaysia. You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires good English and Malay, with Mandarin as a plus. Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years in related fields preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
• Able to work independently, highly motivated and target driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApps.
• Prepare and follow up quotations.
• Recommend suitable products and coordinate technical support when required.
• Build relationships and achieve sales KPIs.
• Process purchase orders, sales orders and monitor deliveries.
• Handle complaints and maintain customer records.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and sales documents.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance and Logistics.
• Maintain sales reports, forecasts and customer database.
• Follow up on client payments and respond to enquiries or issues.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and project documentation.
• Support the sales team with reporting, documentation, presentations.
