Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quotations, proposals, and renewal notices with high accuracy.
• Ensure all documentation and pricing details are complete and accurate before submission.
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM system (SAP).
• Monitor renewal timelines and proactively follow up with customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate internally to resolve issues efficiently.
• Track sales pipeline and ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Support order processing and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Work closely with Sales and Product teams to achieve quarterly sales targets.
