Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospecting and generating referrals.
• Assist Account Manager with deal registers, pricing, and quotations to beat sales targets.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients by phone and email.
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales by understanding needs.
• Use ERP to track and trace quotation history and follow opportunities.
• Emphasize product features and cross-sell IT solutions and services.
• Support marketing events to promote branding and networking.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods/services and complete required reports.
• Develop problem-solving paths and take corrective actions when needed.
• Update License Renewal Report to alert expiring licenses.
• Attend periodic sales training when applicable.
