Dell Technologies Presales Academy in Cyberjaya seeks an Inside Presales Solution Architect trainee. The role blends sales with technology, training graduates to become trusted advisors who design technology-based solutions.

Successful candidates will join a 12–24 month program, rotating through intensive training and then joining the Presales team to support sales and customer IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Technical sales (Presales) experience (including internships and full time roles)
• Excellent technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Being an innovative thinker and a self-starter with a desire-to-win type mindset
• Consultative technical design and selling skills
• Apt for technical curiosity and keen on continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Undergo Intensive Academy Training covering Dell Technologies' data center infrastructure, networking, and AI solutions
• Learn the ropes and stay ahead by gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge IT solutions
• Develop skills in understanding customer needs and crafting tailored tech solutions
• Collaborate with diverse teams to create innovative solutions and address real-world challenges
• Present knowledge through product demos and presentations showcasing our portfolio
