Job summary

Dell Technologies in Cyberjaya is launching a 12–24 month Presales Academy to develop recent graduates into Inside Presales Solution Architects. The program blends sales with technology and prepares you to design and present IT solutions to customers.

After training, join our Presales team to support IT initiatives and solution design. You will participate in structured academy training on data center infrastructure, AI and cloud solutions, build hands-on experience, and work with sales to craft

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of technical sales (Presales) experience, including internships and full-time roles.
Excellent technology skills and outstanding written and verbal communication.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Innovative thinker and self-starter with a winning mindset.
Consultative technical design and selling skills.
Proficient English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Undergo Intensive Academy Training covering Dell Technologies' data center, networking, and AI solutions.
Learn the ropes and stay ahead with hands-on experience in data center solutions and cloud trends.
Develop customer-centric technical designs and tailored solutions.
Collaborate with sales teams and customers to achieve IT objectives.
