Dell Technologies Malaysia is launching the Presales Academy in Cyberjaya to develop recent graduates into Inside Presales Solution Architects. The program blends sales and technical learning, culminating in a role within our Presales organization where you support sales teams and customers to meet IT goals.

We are seeking candidates with 1–3 years in technical sales or internships, strong English skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of technical sales (presales) experience.
• Excellent technology skills and outstanding interpersonal abilities, strong written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Being an innovative thinker and a self-starter with a desire-to-win mindset.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Presales Academy training on Dell Technologies’ data center infrastructure, networking, and AI solutions.
• Develop tailored technical solutions aligned with customer needs and business challenges.
• Deliver and demonstrate products and solutions through effective presentations.
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive IT initiatives and win customer confidence.
