Concrete Engineering Products Berhad (CEPCO) is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth in Malaysia. You will identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and promote CEPCO’s spun pile products and solutions.

You will provide technical sales support, respond to client requirements, conduct product demonstrations, and help expand market coverage through account development and dealer collaboration. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in technical sales, industrial sales or manufacturing industry.
• Strong English and Chinese communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities and promote CEPCO’s spun pile products and solutions while managing customer relationships.
• Provide customer support by understanding client requirements and proposing spun pile products and solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through visits, site engagements and product demonstrations.
• Expand market coverage by identifying prospective clients, opening new accounts, and building strong customer relationships.
• Follow up on project leads with dealers and contractors, manage negotiations, and secure sales.
