Job summary

IJM Group is seeking a Sales Executive in its Industry Division to leverage technical expertise for developing client relationships, solving complex problems, and driving business growth. The role focuses on ICP Piles, a leading high-performance concrete piles manufacturer in Southeast Asia, with responsibilities spanning opportunity development and account growth.

The candidate will identify client needs, recommend ICP products, and organize site visits and product presentations to close sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in technical sales.
• Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers by identifying their needs and recommending ICP product and solutions.
• Develop new sales opportunities by organizing regular customer visits, site meetings and product presentations.
• Establish new accounts and strengthen market presence by identifying and engaging potential customers.
• Follow up promptly on project leads with dealers and contractors, negotiate terms, and drive sales closure.
