Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Cluster Lead for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to drive strategic leadership and operational excellence across a city/cluster. You will work with client leadership to shape delivery strategies and ensure value-focused services that meet client expectations.

You will manage multiple teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and establish strong governance and budget controls to achieve revenue and KPI targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in facilities, real estate, finance or business.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a corporate environment with leadership.
• Strong analytical skills with objective problem solving.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive performance.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement and budgeting or P&L management.
• Experience in multinational corporate environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the strategic business leader for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) for a city/cluster.
• Collaborate with client leadership to set delivery strategies, goals and alignment.
• Develop understanding of client requirements and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Lead initiatives to raise the bar on customer experience via IFM touchpoints.
• Establish governance with regular business reviews for IFM performance.
• Oversee budget management for operational and capital expenditure across sites.
• Drive revenue, cost optimization, and KPI performance for the IFM function.
