Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Director for Integrated Facilities Management in Malaysia to lead the Malaysia site operations, safety culture, and client relationship. The role drives governance, financial performance, and cross-functional collaboration across Workplace Services, EHS, Projects, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Advanced degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience within Facilities Management, Engineering Operations, or Integrated Facilities Management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, matrixed organizations in multinational environments.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or mission-critical operations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary leadership interface between JLL and the Client for all site operations.
• Translate client expectations into actionable site strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Lead governance reviews, business reviews, and executive stakeholder engagements.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Workplace Services, EHS, Projects, Finance, Procurement, Space Planning, HR, Engineering, and vendor partners.
• Drive safety, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across the site.
