Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. is seeking an Account Director for Integrated Facilities Management in Malaysia. You will lead a large, multi-disciplinary team across Workplace Services, EHS, Projects, Engineering, and Procurement to deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality facilities management.

The role demands strategic client partnership, financial stewardship, and continuous improvement. Reporting to regional leadership, you will drive operational excellence, expand scope, and champion innovation

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience within facilities management or integrated facilities management.
• Experience leading large, matrixed organizations in multinational environments.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive business growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as primary leadership interface between JLL and the Client for site operations.
• Ensure service levels, KPIs, and contractual obligations are met.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Workplace Services, EHS, Projects, Finance, and Procurement.
• Drive safety culture, risk management, and audit readiness.
• Own site financial performance including budgeting and cost optimization.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement across service lines.
