Job summary

You will lead facilities staff, manage vendors and contracts, monitor budgets and KPIs, ensure EHS compliance, and drive continuous improvements to meet client expectations and optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management operations and supplier governance.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workplace projects end-to-end.
• Strong focus on safety, compliance and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Support Facilities Manager in daily workplace operations and service delivery.
• Coordinate end-to-end workplace projects including expansions, relocations and renovations.
• Manage building services, maintenance, logistics and procurement activities.
• Plan preventive/corrective maintenance and ensure equipment uptime.
• Lead vendor performance reviews, SLAs and contract deliverables.
• Ensure EHS compliance and safety audits are completed.
• Coordinate emergencies, business continuity and incident management.
• Lead facilities staff and monitor KPIs / cost control.
