Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead delivery of FM services at the client site. You will develop procedures, manage budgets, and ensure SLA/KPI targets are met while coordinating with internal teams and contractors.

The role requires 5+ years in FM, strong data analysis, and excellent communication. On-site engagement in Kuala Lumpur with a focus on cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience.
• Strong budget management and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of facilities management for the client’s Kuala Lumpur site.
• Develop and implement FM procedures and performance measures.
• Liaise regularly with the client on FM issues.
• Implement JLL initiatives and regional programs as appropriate.
• Drive client-specific initiatives and cost-saving targets.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
• Manage in-house and contractor staff to SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure data integrity and conduct audits of systems and processes.
• Ensure procedures align with standards and are updated as required.
• Manage the reception team to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee budgets with regional finance; ensure value for money.
• Provide training and development for direct reports.
• Develop client relationships and maintain service levels.
• Prepare periodic reporting and review SLA/KPI performance.
• Provide leadership and set professional conduct standards.
