Job summary

JLL seeks an Account Director for our Malaysia IFM site, responsible for safety, delivery, and financial performance across circa 6–10 million sq ft with planned expansion. You will lead a large, matrixed team across Workplace Services, EHS, Projects and more, coordinating vendor partners and internal functions to meet contractual commitments and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or above with proven leadership experience in facilities management or integrated FM environments.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage client relationships at senior levels.
• Strong business acumen with focus on service delivery, cost management and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary leadership interface between JLL and the Client for site operations.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic partner.
• Translate client expectations into actionable site strategies and measurable outcomes.
• Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improvements.
• Lead governance reviews, business reviews, and executive stakeholder engagements.
