Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced facilities management professional to manage the delivery of FM services at the Malaysia site. You will act as the primary client contact, ensuring reliable systems, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will develop procedures, manage budgets with the regional finance team, and lead in-house and contractor staff. Strong data analysis, budget oversight, and excellent communication are essential to drive client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, property management, facilities engineering, or related field.
• Strong budget management and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge on Microsoft service suites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Facilities Management Diploma holder or equivalent.
• Experience in hard services is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of facilities management services to the client’s facilities under JLL’s management and act as single point of contact for the client for the Malaysia site.
• Develop and implement FM procedures and performance measures for reliable systems and methods.
• Liaise regularly with the client on facilities management issues.
• Implement JLL initiatives including Compliance Review and Continuous Improvement programs.
• Drive client initiatives such as savings targets and best practices.
• Ensure maintenance and upkeep of the facilities and manage staff to SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage data integrity, policies and procedures, and audit relevant data.
• Oversee the reception team to meet SLAs and KPIs.
