We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Human Resources to join our expanding team in Kajang, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in shaping the future of our growing organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of people management, ensuring our employees are supported, engaged and empowered to deliver exceptional results.
Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, leave administration, and compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD, PCB, etc.).
Overseeing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations
Driving employee engagement and development initiatives to foster a positive, productive and collaborative work environment
Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters professionally and in line with company policies.
Partnering with department heads to understand their workforce needs and provide HR solutions
Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems to support organizational goals.
Prepare and present HR reports, headcount plans, and staff cost analyses to management.
Plan and coordinate employee training, talent development, and team-building activities.
Perform other HR-related and administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At leastFive (5) years of HR experience, ideally in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
Hands‑on and operationally involved.
Strong interpersonal skills and people oriented.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
Proven track record of implementing effective HR strategies and managing the full employee lifecycle.
In‑depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, including employment laws and payroll.
Proficiency in payroll software systems and MS Office applications, especially Excel.
