HIM Wellness Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced HR professional in Kuala Lumpur to manage day-to-day full-spectrum HR operations, oversee recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, and coordinate monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
You will handle EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB requirements, maintain HR records, and drive employee relations, policy development and development initiatives with a strong emphasis on compliance and confidentiality.
Manage day-to-day full-spectrum HR operations including employee lifecycle, HR administration and documentation.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection and onboarding.
Manage and coordinate monthly payroll, including salary, overtime, allowances, claims, deductions and statutory contributions.
Administer EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB requirements.
Manage employee attendance, leave, overtime, claims and HR records.
Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with Company policies and applicable employment laws.
Manage probation, confirmation, performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Develop, review and implement HR policies, SOPs, forms and guidelines.
Support training, employee engagement and HR initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, manpower reports and other HR-related reports for Management.
Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems and employee experience.
Perform other HR-related duties and projects as assigned by Management.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a full-spectrum HR role.
Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Payroll and Employee Relations.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Familiar with EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRD Corp processes.
Experience using HRIS/HRMS and payroll systems.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Mature, proactive, responsible and able to handle confidential information professionally.
