LERUN INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. is seeking an HR Executive with at least 3 years of hands-on HR experience to independently manage day-to-day HR operations in Malaysia. You will handle recruitment, payroll, compliance and employee relations while developing HR policies and processes.
The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and knowledge of local employment law, with proficiency in Excel and common HR software. Immediate start preferred and confidentiality is essential.
We are looking for a hands-on and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of HR experience with solid exposure to full-spectrum HR functions and be able to independently manage day-to-day HR operations.
Manage full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits, training and development, HR administration, and offboarding.
Manage employee documentation, employment contracts, confirmation, transfers, resignations and other HR-related matters.
Handle payroll and statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other relevant statutory requirements.
Coordinate recruitment activities from sourcing and screening candidates to interviews, offer preparation and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee handbook.
Support performance appraisal, KPI and employee development processes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Provide HR support and advice to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR Executive role.
Must have hands-on experience in full-spectrum HR functions and be comfortable managing HR matters independently.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements.
Experience in payroll processing and HR systems/software.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
