Rimarisan invites a dedicated HR Manager to join our Petaling Jaya HQ. The successful candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, drive employee engagement, development, and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team at our Petaling Jaya HQ office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resource functions, supporting employee engagement and development, and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and practices in line with company objectives and relevant employment regulations.
Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, and staff welfare.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with company requirements and applicable employment laws.
Lead recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of suitable candidates.
Manage employee relations and provide guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
Monitor and manage employee performance, attendance, leave, disciplinary matters, and other employment-related issues.
Coordinate payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, statutory contributions, and related matters.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and relevant labour regulations.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate programmes to support employee growth and organisational development.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and reports.
Provide HR advice and support to management on manpower planning, organisational matters, and employee-related issues.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR practices, and statutory requirements.
Experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions.
Experience in the construction, property development, engineering, or related industry will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with management and employees at all levels.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
