EAGLE EYE CENTRE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a hands-on Senior Human Resources Executive to manage people operations and drive a positive employee experience in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
This role covers payroll, recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR operations, with an emphasis on improving processes and partnering with managers to support business growth.
We’re looking for a hands-on and people-focused Senior Human Resources Executive to join our team and play an important role in managing our people operations.
This is a broad HR role covering the full employee lifecycle, payroll, recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations. You’ll work closely with managers and employees across the business, while also helping us improve our HR processes and build a positive employee experience.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and support end-to-end recruitment.
Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer processes.
Coordinate onboarding and ensure new employees have a smooth start.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions and offboarding.
Manage and administer the Time Management System, ensuring accurate employee attendance and timekeeping records, and follow up on attendance-related matters where required.
Prepare HR letters, documentation and employee communications.
Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied across the organisation.
Manage the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely salary processing.
Administer payroll-related matters including attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other applicable regulations.
Work closely with Finance and external payroll partners where required to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Handle payroll queries and resolve employee-related payroll issues promptly and confidentially.
Coordinate performance review and appraisal cycles.
Manage probation confirmation processes and support managers in providing meaningful feedback.
Support learning and development initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance employee capabilities.
Assist with succession planning and other people development initiatives as the organisation grows.
Organise employee engagement activities, team events, celebrations and wellness initiatives.
Help foster a positive, collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
Support employee relations matters and help resolve workplace concerns fairly and professionally.
Ensure HR practices, policies and documentation comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
Keep up to date with changes to Malaysian employment legislation and HR practices.
Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement when handling sensitive employee matters.
We’re looking for someone who ishands-on, dependable and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You’ll ideally have:
A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
Solid experience inpayroll processing and statutory requirements.
Good knowledge of theMalaysian Employment Act and relevant employment regulations.
Experience supporting recruitment and working closely with hiring managers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with employees at different levels.
Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership rather than simply follow processes.
A genuine interest in improving employee experience and making HR a value-adding function.
