We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and support the Company's growing operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with Management and department heads to ensure effective manpower management, HR compliance, employee relations and smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training and offboarding.
Develop, implement and review HR policies, procedures and internal guidelines.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning in collaboration with department heads.
Oversee monthly payroll and verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, unpaid leave and other payroll adjustments.
Ensure accurate and timely statutory contributions and compliance, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
Manage employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination and exit procedures.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters, including preparation of warning letters, show-cause letters and other relevant documentation.
Advise Management on HR matters, employee relations and appropriate disciplinary actions.
Ensure HR practices comply with the Employment Act 1955 and other applicable Malaysian employment laws and regulations.
Manage foreign worker matters, including employee records, work permits, renewals and related documentation.
Coordinate employee performance appraisal, KPI review and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), where required.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant training programmes.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare HR reports covering headcount, recruitment, turnover, attendance, overtime, leave and manpower costs.
Liaise with government authorities and relevant agencies on HR and labour-related matters when required.
Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by Management.
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, Employment Act 1955 and HR best practices.
Hands-on experience in payroll, statutory contributions and employee relations.
Experience handling disciplinary matters and foreign workers will be an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with Management and employees at all levels.
Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity and accountability.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR/payroll systems.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
