Job summary

XGD Logistics Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Human Resources Manager to oversee the full HR function in Selangor. You will lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and HR administration to support business goals.

Responsibilities include developing HR policies, managing attendance and leave, maintaining personnel records, and advising management on people management and organizational improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday).

• Manage payroll, overtime calculations, statutory deductions, bonuses, and benefits.

Human Resources Management

Manage the full spectrum of HR functions to ensure the organization's human capital supports business goals.

Talent Development & People Management

Recruitment, employee relations, KPI and performance management, training and development, and HR administration.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company standards and labor regulations.

Payroll & Compensation Administration

Manage payroll, overtime calculations, statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, etc.), bonuses, and other employee benefits.

HR & Administration Management

Oversee employee leave and attendance, maintain personnel records, manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, and office supplies.

HR Strategy & Stakeholder Support

Provide professional HR guidance to management, and offer recommendations for people management and organizational improvement
