Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily Human Resources and administrative functions under the HR Department. You will plan, develop, and administer HR policies, manage recruitment, compensation, payroll, employee relations, training, and SOPs, and ensure compliance with labour laws.
You will liaise with authorities such as Labour and Immigration, and contribute to workforce planning and performance initiatives.
Under the direct supervision of the HR Department, your primary role requires you to be responsible for daily overall Human Resources functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, review, and administer human resources and administrative policies.
Oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, staff welfare, training and development, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and end-to-end payroll processing.
Ensure that the Company's human resources policies and procedures comply with all applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements.
Liaise with relevant government authorities and agencies such as the Labour Department, Immigration Department, EPF, SOCSO, HRD Corp, and other regulatory bodies related to human resources and administrative matters.
Analyze and recommend improvements to HR processes, systems, and methods to enhance overall organizational efficiency and service quality.
Participate in regular management meetings to discuss and strategize on workforce planning and productivity improvement.
Ensure effective implementation and consistent application of HR and administrative policies and procedures across all departments.
Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts in a fair, timely, and confidential manner.
Develop and implement annual training plans and calendars to support employee growth, compliance, and succession planning.
Conduct fair and consistent performance evaluations, and make recommendations on promotions, salary adjustments, bonuses, and other rewards based on performance outcomes.

Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution capabilities.
Demonstrates a strong commitment to and alignment with our company values and culture.
Candidate proficiency in other language an added advantage.
