Job summary

Sinergia Talents in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead strategic HR practices, nurture a positive working environment, manage employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and support overall business goals.

The role will drive HR strategy and planning, recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management and succession planning, as well as compensation, benefits, HR data analysis and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8-10 years proven experience in a managerial/leadership role in HR.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment and Labour Laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict-management skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office.
• Proficient in HR Analytics for decision-making and management reporting.

The Human Resource manager position is a strategic role which oversees all aspects of humanresources practices and processes. The role requires a collaborative and experienced professional,responsible for nurturing a positive working environment, managing employee relations, ensuringlegal compliance and supporting overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Recruitment & Selection: Manage the organisation's talent acquisition policy, proceduresand processes, including interviewing, assessment and on-boarding.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations though employee engagementinitiatives, conflict management, including a fair and objective grievance handling process,bridge management and employee relations or other issues.
• Performance Management: Manage a performance management system to drive highperformance within the organisation, including succession planning, talent management andmanaging poor performance.
• Compliance & Legal Matters: Ensure the organisation complies with all HR regulatory andlegal requirements and update company policies and handbooks.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation packages, salary reviews, rewardstrategies and employee benefits.
• HR Data and Metrics: Analyse HR metrics to inform decision-making and report tomanagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 8-10 years proven experience in a managerial/leadership role in human resource.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment and Labor Laws and HR best practices
