FJ PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (M) SDN. BHD. seeks a senior HR & Administration leader in Kuala Lumpur to head the function and drive people strategies. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management and staff development while ensuring accurate statutory submissions and robust HR policies.
You will manage budgets, HR systems and administrative matters, coach the team, and liaise with government agencies to support Management and other departments.
Lead and manage the overall HR & Administration functions of the Company.
Key responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management and staff development.
Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRD Corp.
Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment and labour laws and other statutory requirements.
Manage manpower planning, employee records, HR systems and administrative matters.
Manage office administration, company documentation, licences, permits and renewals.
Prepare and monitor HR & Admin budgets and control related expenses.
Lead, coach and develop the HR & Admin team.
Liaise with government agencies, authorities and external service providers when required.
Provide HR advice and support to Management and other departments.
About you
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Preferably 5–7 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Strong working knowledge of Malaysian employment and labour legislation and statutory requirements.
Good understanding of payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB/MTD and HRD Corp requirements.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management and disciplinary procedures.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
