Job summary

KDDI Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.

You will support salary benchmarking, maintain compensation records, and ensure compliant HR practices across the organization. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, administer training registrations, manage HR databases, and assist with employee relations and policy communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional HR certification is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of HR experience.
• Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
• Experience working as HR Generalist is preferred.

3. Training & Development

Assist for training registration with HRDC.

Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

Administer payroll inputs and employee benefits programs.

Support salary benchmarking and annual review exercises.

Ensure accurate maintenance of compensation records.

Handle employee insurance and benefit claims.

5. HR Administration & Compliance

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Support yearly internal / external audits and statutory reporting requirements.

6. Administration

Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.

Communicate policy changes to employees.

Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is an advantage.

3-5 years of Human Resources experience.

Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.

Experience working as HR Generalist is preferred.
