Job summary

PIC Engineering And Services in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to support daily HR and administrative tasks. You will manage employee records, assist recruitment, process payroll and handle statutory submissions.

You will also contribute to policy enforcement, HR reporting, employee relations and general office administration, working closely with management to support a productive workforce. Experience in Malaysian HR practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Human Resources and administrative activities.
• Manage employee records, personal files, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
• Assist in recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interview arrangement and onboarding.
• Prepare and maintain employment-related documents, letters and HR records.
• Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted on time.
• Manage statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other HR submissions.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and payroll-related matters.
• Assist in employee confirmation, performance evaluation, resignation and exit procedures.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR records.
• Assist in implementation and enforcement of company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee enquiries and provide HR support.
• Assist with disciplinary matters, employee relations and other HR-related issues.
• Liaise with government agencies and external parties on HR-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports and provide information required by management.
• Assist in general office administration and other duties assigned by management.
