Job summary

In this role you will partner with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements, administer training registrations, manage HR databases, and assist with employee relations and policy communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Professional HR certification is an advantage.
• 3-5 years of HR experience.
• Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
• Experience working as HR Generalist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
• Work with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements.
• Address employee concerns and promote engagement.
• Assist training registrations and maintain records.
• Support payroll inputs and benefits programs.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of compensation records and audits.
• Maintain HR databases and ensure policy compliance.
• Review and update HR policies and communicate changes.
