Job summary

BEST GLOBAL LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a Human Resources Executive to design and implement recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end processes across Malaysia. You will build pipelines, post ads, screen candidates, and coordinate onboarding to support growth.

The role requires Mandarin, strong communication and negotiation skills, pressure tolerance, and team spirit. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years HR experience are encouraged to apply.

Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements on social media platforms and job portals

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and role expectations

Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency

Coordinate onboarding arrangements for new hires

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Requirements:
