Jobstreet Malaysia is seeking a Senior Executive Human Resource and Admin to steer HR plans, support continuous improvement, and achieve both short-term and long-term goals. You will lead core HR activities and ensure smooth admin operations within a dynamic environment.
The role emphasizes recruitment, staff development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, safety, payroll, attendance, and government liaison, with strong reporting and stakeholder management responsibilities.
Execute the implementation of HR plans and programmes, while supporting continuous improvement of HR practices to achieve the Company's short-term plan to achieve long-term goals as objectives.
Oversee recruitment & Staffing – Drive timely recruitment and quality talent acquisition.
Support training & development – Coordinate capability development and training effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits – Administer competitive, equitable and compliant rewards.
Employee Relations & Engagement – Foster positive employee relations and workplace engagement.
Safety, Health & Compliance – Monitor and analyze workplace safety, health conditions through monthly medical trend and statutory compliance.
HR & Administration Operations – Coordinate daily HR/Admin operations, payroll, attendance, performance and disciplinary matters.
Government & External Relations – Maintain relationships with Government agencies and external stakeholders.
Manpower Planning – Support workforce planning and effective manpower utilization.
Employee Services – Enhance employee services and workplace productivity.
Budget & Cost Management – Ensure HR/Admin budgets and drive cost effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HR & Administration experience.
Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training and administration.
Good knowledge of Malaysian employment legislation, Industrial Relations and statutory requirements.
Practical knowledge of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRD Corp and other relevant statutory matters.
Proficient in HRIS/HR systems, payroll systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Able to prepare and analyse HR reports, manpower data, attendance, turnover and employee trends.
Strong HR advisory and problem‑solving skills.
Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership and ability to supervise HR/Admin activities.
