Job summary

Car Medic Sdn Bhd is seeking a Human Resource Executive (Performance Management & Training) to manage job profiles, probation, KPIs, training and appraisals to ensure fair and timely performance across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a degree, has at least 2 years in HR, knowledge of HRD Corp processes, strong Excel and MS 365, and is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. The role is permanent with a monthly salary of RM3,000–RM6,000, plus EPF, SOCSO and EIS, and annual leave.

Job Summary

Manage job profiles, probation, KPIs, training and appraisal to ensure every department is managed fairly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Build job profiles in collaboration with Heads of Department (HODs) and obtain necessary approvals.

Conduct monthly probation reviews.

Manage KPI setting and prepare monthly HOD performance packs.

Coordinate employee training programmes.

Manage HRD Corp grants and claims.

Conduct mid-year and year-end performance appraisals.

Prepare monthly HR reports.

Requirements

Degree holder in any field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

Knowledge of HRD Corp processes.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Familiar with Microsoft 365.

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Personality & Attributes

Organised and detail-oriented.

Proactive and able to follow through on deadlines without constant reminders.

Confident and tactful when communicating with HODs and Management.

Analytical and comfortable working with numbers, with the ability to identify issues in data and reports.

Positive team player who takes ownership of responsibilities.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
