Private Advertiser is hiring an HR professional to develop and implement comprehensive HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, while overseeing compensation programs and compliance. Strong communication and CHRP-preferred credentials enhance career progression within a dynamic automotive-focused team.
Develop and implement comprehensive human resources policies, procedures and programmes aligned with company objectives and legal requirements
Manage the full recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding of new employees
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, grievance management and performance management
Oversee training and development programmes to enhance employee skills, competencies and career progression opportunities
Administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring competitive salary structures and benefits packages
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in compliance with data protection regulations
Conduct exit interviews and manage employee turnover analysis to identify and address retention challenges
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and industrial relations requirements in Malaysia
Participate in strategic workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
Build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels and foster a collaborative workplace culture
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in automotive and employee relations
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, labour regulations and industrial relations practices
Proven experience in recruitment, selection and onboarding processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Proficiency in Million Payroll systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to employee engagement and conflict resolution
Professional certification such as CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) or equivalent is preferred
