Job summary

SWIFT INTEGRATED LOGISTICS in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, is seeking a Human Resource Executive to handle recruitment, employee relations, training and development in a full-time capacity. You will manage employee records, payroll and benefits while ensuring compliance with employment laws and driving HR policies.

The role requires 2–3 years of generalist HR experience, strong HR knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized and able to prioritise a diverse workload.
• HR qualifications or certifications would be an advantage.

About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Human Resource Executive to join our team at SWIFT INTEGRATED LOGISTICS in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a range of HR functions, from recruitment and employee relations to training and development.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding new hires
• Provide HR support and advice to managers and employees on a variety of HR-related matters
• Administer employee records, payroll and benefits
• Coordinate and deliver employee training and development programmes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with employee engagement and welfare initiatives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, commercial environment
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Proactive, organised and able to prioritise a diverse workload
• Proficient in HR information systems and MS Office applications
• Relevant HR qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
