DP World Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a committed and detail-oriented Human Resource & Admin Executive to be based in Johor Bahru. The role covers full HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and coordinating with the Singapore HR team.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HRM/BA and 2–3 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and experience with payroll systems being an advantage.
We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented Human Resource & Admin Executive to be based in Johor Bahru. The incumbent will be entrusted with overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring the effective execution of HR operations in alignment with statutory requirements. This position requires close collaboration with the Human Resources team in Singapore and demands a thorough understanding of HR best practices and compliance with local labour legislation.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of Human Resources (HR) functions, including manpower planning, talent acquisition and onboarding, employee life-cycle end-to-end, employee relations and engagement, performance and talent management, training and development, as well as disciplinary and grievance handling.
Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, including all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
Submit statutory reports and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour and tax laws.
Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
Draft and issue HR-related letters such as offer letters, confirmation, increment, warning, and resignation acceptance letters in a timely manner.
Manage employee benefits administration, including claims, leave management, medical, and other entitlements.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and act as a champion for change management and organisational development.
Provide support for ad hoc HR tasks as assigned by the Reporting Officer or the Singapore HR team.
Coordinate day-to-day office maintenance, pantry / stationery / PPE / etc. inventory procurement
Provide support for the administrative task from the HR Manager and stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role within the contract logistics industry
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and relevant statutory requirements.
Experience with payroll systems and HRMS is an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
