About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both recruitment and payroll while learning how HR supports a fast-moving logistics business.

You'll work closely with the HR team on hiring activities, employee onboarding, attendance management, payroll preparation, and various HR projects. If you're someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and learning new things, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.

Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.

Manage job postings across recruitment platforms and social media.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience.

Payroll & HR Operations

Assist in monitoring employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.

Support payroll data verification and monthly payroll preparation.

Ensure employee records are updated and accurately maintained.

Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.

Support compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

HR Administration

Organize and maintain HR files and databases.

Assist with employee engagement initiatives and internal events.

Support day-to-day HR operations and special projects.

Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR team.

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.

Good attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
