We are seeking a dedicated HRIS System Management Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and optimization of our HR systems for Malaysia and other overseas regions. This hybrid role combines HRIS technical support with local HR operations, ensuring system stability, data accuracy, and compliance with Malaysian labor regulations. The ideal candidate possesses strong system administration skills, excellent data analytics capabilities, and a solid understanding of local HR processes.
Key responsibilities
Manage the daily operations, maintenance, and user support for HR systems across Malaysia and overseas regions. Promptly resolve system failures, data anomalies, and user inquiries to ensure uninterrupted system stability.
Provide comprehensive support for local HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee inquiries. Assist with payroll calculations, data reporting, and ad-hoc HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities and training coordination.
Administer collaborative platforms (e.g., Lark/Feishu) and HRIS for the Malaysia team. Manage organizational structures, account lifecycles, and role-based access controls (RBAC) to ensure secure and compliant system access throughout the employee lifecycle.
Drive continuous improvement of HR systems by gathering local business requirements, conducting feasibility analysis, executing testing, and managing deployments. Conduct user training and promote digital workflow enhancements to boost local HR operational efficiency.
Provide on-site HR support and execute other tasks assigned by management as needed.
About you
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Information Management, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS management, HR operations, or Shared Service Centers (SSC).
Prior experience supporting HR systems in Southeast Asia is highly preferred.
Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and statutory contribution processes (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF) is a strong plus.
Solid understanding of core HR processes (onboarding/offboarding, payroll) and access management.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data cleansing) with strong data processing capabilities.
Prior experience in HRIS implementation, UAT testing, or system go-live projects is preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across cultures and time zones.
Strong logical thinking to independently and quickly troubleshoot system or data anomalies.
Highly meticulous, responsible, and sensitive to data accuracy.
